Our Dental Practice in Vicenza and the measures taken against Coronavirus to ensure your safety

Dear Patient,

We are sending you this communication to inform you that we are restarting the engines after a period of two months in which the dental office has essentially remained closed in compliance with the indications of the competent bodies following the Coronavirus emergency.

Our practice has always applied an excellent regime of protection, sanitation and infection control, therefore in this period we have remained available to visit patients with urgent and non-postponable problems.

The New Normal.

Since the pandemic, we have reorganized our workflow in order to guarantee a higher level of safety. Mainly, we avoid creating a crowded waiting area as much as possible, and we ask that everyone follow certain guidelines to reduce risks of transmission. We have also installed air pumps throughout the clinic to filter the circulating air.

New timetables

Starting from 11 May, the opening hours of the studio have changed. On Mondays and Wednesdays we will receive patients from 11 to 19. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays we will receive patients from 9 to 17. The studio will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Rescheduling appointments

If you had appointments in the months of March and April, you will be contacted shortly to reschedule the appointments. If you have an appointment in May or in the coming months, you will be contacted to confirm or reschedule the appointment.

The Coronavirus Guidelines

We ask you to be patient with some news related to the ministerial legislation that requires some specific steps before allowing you to enter the dental clinic:

We will ask you to fill out a form regarding your health for every appointment.
You must have on a mask that covers your mouth and nose at all times, except when being treated in the clinical area.
Your temperature will be taken upon arrival with an electronic infrared thermometer.
We will ask you to sanitize your hands when you arrive, and we will provide shoe-covers for you and bags to cover your belongings.
